NOTE: Please keep in mind the following when submitting your information.
We only accept graphics for the catalog not videos. If you have more than one business/website that you want us to include, make a separate comment for each. You can attach the graphics in your comment. If the business does not have the complete information that we ask it will not be included in the catalog.
We still have the final decision as to which businesses will be included in the release of the catalog.
